4. Payments & Fees
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual quote or service agreement. We may require a deposit or staged payments depending on the project. Late payments may result in delayed timelines or paused work.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property
Once payment is received in full, all custom content and designs we create specifically for your project are yours to use. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a project at any time. However, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly. Refunds are not issued for time or services already rendered.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we do our best to create content and websites that perform well, we can’t guarantee specific results (such as search engine rankings, follower growth, or revenue increases). We’re not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses related to our services.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may use third-party services (like scheduling tools, hosting platforms, or analytics tools) as part of your project. Use of these tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for any issues caused by third-party services.
